The Story
I spent 15 years building automation systems for Swiss banks. Now I build them for founders.
Before NaluForge, I spent over a decade and a half architecting enterprise systems at Swiss financial institutions — the kind of environments where reliability isn't optional and every process needs to work at scale. Director-level. Lead Architect. The systems I built handled millions of transactions.
When I started my own company, I realized something: the technology advantage I had at those institutions didn't exist for founders. The tools were either too expensive, too complex, or built for enterprises with dedicated engineering teams. Solo founders were stuck doing everything manually.
So I built NaluForge. First for myself — Founder OS started as the system I needed to run my own business. Then I realized every founder deserves this. The same rigor I applied to banking infrastructure, applied to the daily operations of a one-person company.
